About
Us
RobinsonBush was founded in September 2001 and specializes solely in group employee benefits. Our firm, located
in downtown Orlando, provides continuous, full service consulting services for mid to large size public and private sector employers and statewide employer coalitions.
RobinsonBush works solely as professional consultants on behalf of employer groups and represents the best interests of our clients at all times.
Prior to founding RobinsonBush, Mr. John Robinson and Ms. Janice Bush worked for a Florida based employee benefits
consulting firm. Mr. Robinson began his employee benefits consulting career as a senior benefits consultant in October 1988, and later became
President of the firm. Following ten years as Director of Managed Care for a large hospital/healthcare system, Ms. Bush began her consulting career in 1998 as
an employee benefits consultant and was the Regional Vice President for Orlando operations.
Our expertise in employee benefit programs includes: strategic planning; benefit design analysis and cost-containment
strategies; financial analysis and modeling including fully insured and self-funded performance, benefit carve-outs and integration, on-site medical and
pharmacy clinics, claims and utilization review, and market comparisons; benefit plan procurement, implementation and transition management; provider network
review and negotiations; provider guarantee implementation and analysis; ongoing plan management and oversight structure; population health management
including wellness, disease management, comprehensive diabetes and weight management programs, and quality initiatives; client specific programs such as
patient centered medical homes; and consumer education and employee communication strategies.
In addition to our extensive health plan consulting, RobinsonBush provides ongoing professional consulting and management services
for group dental, disability, life, vision, and long term care plans, Section 125 cafeteria plans, compliance issues (health care reform, HIPAA, ADA, FMLA,
IRS, etc.), benefits administration and communication strategies.
